New Hire Support Process

Stanford Onboarding has gone fully virtual! Please refer to our virtual onboarding steps to help guide your new hire.

HR no longer needs to submit enrollment forms for new hires. Through Sequoia, benefits-eligible staff will automatically receive an invitation to attend the weekly Stanford Onboarding orientation as part of both their Preboarding journey and Day 1 Essentials journey.
