Bonuses and incentives are additional ways to reward your employees for outstanding performance.

  • Bonuses can be used to recognize exceptional contributions and sustained outstanding performance.
  • Incentives can be used to recognize accomplishment of specific goals that are formally communicated at the beginning of a project or performance cycle including measureable results and target award amounts. 

Reward Your Employees
