Don't miss out on important benefits updates
In preparation for Stanford’s launch of Sequoia on July 6, StanfordYou will experience downtime, and some actions in Axess will become limited starting June 5. Review and update your emergency contact information and mailing address via Axess by June 4 by scrolling down to the Personal Information section in the Employee Center tab and selecting “Update Contact and Privacy Information” so you don’t miss out on receiving important benefits updates. Please note that medical plan eligibility is driven by your home mailing address ZIP code on file.

Also, take a look at your personal data, including veteran and disability status, as well as your race and ethnicity, to ensure it’s up to date (you can select a response of “decline to state,” if desired). Collecting this data helps us better understand our community as we aim to support the well-being of all staff.
In the Personal Information section, there are three links to select to confidentially share your information in less than five minutes. Select “Disability Status,” “Veteran Status,” and “Race and Ethnicity Status.” If you previously shared your information during the application/candidacy process, that information has not been sent to your job record.
