Why is goal setting important?
Goal setting is a collaborative process between employees and managers to define key responsibilities and set performance and development goals. Clear, meaningful goals provide purpose, alignment, keep you focused and engaged by clarifying your contributions and growth path, and turn aspirations into concrete milestones that build confidence and a growth mindset.
