We are pleased to introduce Stanford Opportunity Marketplace, our internal career platform now available within Sequoia, Stanford’s new HR and payroll system.
This resource helps you explore Stanford’s many job opportunities, encouraging internal mobility and professional growth. When you log into the marketplace, you can set up job alerts for new postings, track your application, and search for positions using filters such as job family or grade, school and unit, and work arrangement. You can set your Talent Profile, including your job alert preferences, on the “Interests” screen. The job alert preferences are an optional feature; to bypass setting up job alerts, select the "cancel" button.
Those who use the platform to apply through Sequoia maintain their privacy, as internal job searches are kept confidential. Only the hiring team for the role you apply to will be notified of your application. As an added benefit, internal candidates who apply through the marketplace will have their applications marked as internal to the hiring team for that position.
Log in to Sequoia and select the Opportunity Marketplace tile to discover all the possibilities that Stanford has to offer. With hundreds of job postings and an easy-to-use interface, this is a great way to explore professional development opportunities at Stanford.
