Sequoia notifications direct to your email: Here's what to look for

As you start to use Sequoia, you'll receive email notifications for time, absences, journeys, performance management, and more. Some notifications require action; others are simply for confirmation.

Sequoia will email you. Here's what to expect.

When you take action in Sequoia or when something requires your attention, you'll receive an email notification. Notifications will be sent for various processes and workflows, such as performance management, time and absences, onboarding, and more.

What Sequoia emails look like

Sequoia notifications will look similar to the example below.

How to verify a Sequoia email

All Sequoia notifications will come from sequoia-system@stanford.edu. If you're ever unsure whether an email is legitimate, go directly to sequoia.stanford.edu and check for alerts by selecting the bell icon rather than clicking links in the message.
