What to know about your payslip in Sequoia

Starting with your next paycheck, your payslip will have a new format in Sequoia. The information is the same, but the layout has changed. Earnings, deductions, net pay, and year-to-date totals are all still there. Here's what to expect.

Starting with your July 7 paycheck, your payslip will have a new format.

What the new format shows

As with Axess, your Sequoia payslip includes a clear and detailed summary of your gross earnings, deductions, net pay, and year-to-date totals. If a ‘PS’ label appears on the year-to-date earnings, it signifies a migrated total from Axess for the initial half of the year.

Where to find your payslips

You can access payslips issued after July 1 in Sequoia by clicking on the Pay tile on your home screen. Historical payslips issued before July 1 will remain available in Axess Employee Center.

Additional details for non-exempt employees

Employees with overtime or other pay premiums will see a more detailed breakdown of these earnings on their payslip. The base wages for the work hour(s) will be displayed on one line, with premiums appearing on subsequent lines.
