Creating a Connected Community
Opening a new campus requires thoughtful planning and raises several challenges. To ensure a smooth transition, leadership is committed to finding solutions to create a community rooted to the university’s mission and cultivating a culture of connectedness.
Several committees are working to engage with employees affected by the change and make recommendations to the Executive Committee. Here is a list of the various committees working on our behalf:
- Executive Committee
- Advisory Committee (sunset Dec. 2017)
- Change Management Committee
- Strategic Advisory Group (start Jan. 2018)
In addition, subcommittees are tackling important issues head on, including:
- Infrastructure and operations
- Systems and technology
