Receive assistance from the University IT Service Desk by chatting with a specialist or calling 5-HELP from any Stanford phone or 650-725-4357 from all other phones. The Service Desk is available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
