Years at Stanford:
30 years

What I enjoyed most about my time at Stanford is . . .
The beautiful campus, my faculty and staff colleagues, growth opportunities, and a fulfilling, interesting job.

What is your favorite place at Stanford and why?
I love the quiet beauty of Memorial Church when the sun makes the stained glass windows glow.

Point of Pride: Tell us briefly about an event projects, program or initiative you were involved with at Stanford that you're most proud of.
I'm proud to have participated in focus groups and user-acceptance testing to help shape many Stanford administrative/financial systems.

Leave your Legacy: What piece of guidance or advice would you give to a new hire to Stanford?
Learn all you can from your colleagues. Make time to explore campus and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Try to spend some time outside every day. Also, look for opportunities to meet staff from other areas; for example, attending TIPS meetings (Team for Improving Productivity at Stanford) is a great way to keep on top of what's going on in Stanford's administration, and expand your network.  As you get to know people, talk with them about their jobs and think about what you might want to learn or do next at Stanford.

Kristin: congrats on reaching your 30-year milestone! I won't be able to attend this year's Multicultural Springfest to congratulate you in person, so this comment will need to do. Best, Chris

Kristin, you rock!
