What I enjoyed most about my time at Stanford is . . .
I have developed lifelong friendships in a supportive community that encourages personal and professional growth. Opportunities are endless and work-life balance is encouraged. I feel very fortunate to be a part of this institution.
What is your favorite place at Stanford and why?
The Cantor Arts Center, Rodin Sculpture Garden and Windhover Contemplative Center are perfect places to unwind and renew.
Point of Pride: Tell us briefly about an event projects, program or initiative you were involved with at Stanford that you're most proud of.
In 2008, I was asked to participate in planning the Managing@Stanford conference. Two hundred and fifty campus managers attended the full-day conference, which offered 15 sessions on topics ranging from "Successfully Managing a 'Work Anywhere' Environment" to "Developing a Wellness Culture." It was a very successful event that epitomized Stanford's balanced work-life culture.
