ORMS Retirement FAQ
Are ORMS and Health Check the same system?
No. ORMS and Health Check are two different systems that have worked together in the past months. ORMS has been used to authorize on-site work and provide access to Health Check reports. Health Check is not being retired, and the reports are available at: https://itsm-analytics.stanford.edu/incorta/!snow/#/catalog
How do I access Compliance Reports?
Please access compliance reports through the Incorta platform: https://itsm-analytics.stanford.edu/incorta/!snow/#/catalog
If ORMS is turned off, how do I check for green Health Check badges?
The Health Check green badge reporting remains and is housed on the Incorta platform.
This tool is separate from ORMS, and the report can be accessed through Incorta at: https://itsm-analytics.stanford.edu/incorta/!snow/#/catalog
Will we still have access to the reports that help track who has completed a Health Check?
Yes. Please continue to monitor compliance with the reports in Incorta: The daily HealthCheck attestations for individuals with local approval to work onsite and the Health Check green badge reporting, which incorporates data on ID card swipes and wifi access, remains and is housed on the Incorta platform. The reports can be accessed through Incorta at: https://itsm-analytics.stanford.edu/incorta/!snow/#/catalog
Does the retirement of ORMS mean that individual units can determine how best to use our space?
Stanford is currently in Recovery Stage 2 which mandates that individuals who can work from home should continue to do so. With the relaxation of county guidance, departments and business units may consider gradual reintroduction of additional personnel, keeping in mind that most other health and safety protocols (distancing, face coverings, daily HealthCheck clearance, etc) are still in place for indoor occupational work settings, regardless of vaccination status. Individual departments and business units should continue to generally restrict access to onsite workspaces and should maintain protocols for internal approvals
for on-site access according to their operational needs. Please advise any individuals coming to campus to review the updated information on COVID protocols, including continuing to submit a daily Health Check attestation.
Does the retirement of ORMS mean we can have visitors in buildings now?
The ORMS tool is relevant to employees and students only and has not been used for approving visitors on campus. Stanford policy requires that departments and business units continue to minimize interactions between non-essential visitors and the Stanford community. Please refer to the updated visitor policy on Stanford Health Alerts for guidance. New appointments of Visiting Student Researchers, Visiting Postdoctoral Scholars, Visiting Scholars, and other non-matriculated students are still restricted through summer quarter, at least until September 1, 2021. Stanford visitors are not able to use the Health Check tool, but should submit a daily health attestation through the form found on the visitor policy site.
If ORMS is going away, how do staff who weren’t already in ORMS get set up for Color testing?
All faculty and staff are currently already eligible for voluntary surveillance testing through Color, regardless of ORMS status or any other properties. There is currently no dependency between ORMS and eligibility for Color testing.
Do I still need to enter data into ORMS?
After June 15, ORMS will no longer play a role in university-wide compliance, and you won’t need to enter data into ORMS anymore; in fact, ORMS will no longer be open for data entry.
