Identity theft protection services continue to be available through Experian

Our contract renewal in July mistakenly triggered auto-generated cancellation emails from Experian to current subscribers, but your access to services will continue.

Stanford's partnership with Experian provides free identity theft protection services to active benefits-eligible employees. Our multi-year contract renews each July, which mistakenly triggered auto-generated cancellation emails from Experian to current subscribers. If you received this notification, please know that your access to Experian services will continue without disruption.

Accessing your Experian membership

If you received a subscription cancellation email, you do not need re-register with Experian. Your current user ID and password will continue to work, and Stanford's activation code will be fully effective.

Your membership will continue to include:

  • Credit reporting
  • Credit monitoring
  • Internet surveillance
  • Identity restoration

If you do not have an account with Experian and wish to sign up, or would like to learn more about their services, visit Cardinal at Work
