Empower your employees for career growth with Designing Your Work Life

As Stanford leaders, we understand the importance of nurturing our employees’ professional growth by providing them with opportunities to develop and excel in their careers. The Designing Your Work Life course, led by the Stanford Life Design Lab, is a powerful new pilot program to empower your employees to take charge of their career journeys. 

The pilot is open to all employees; however, it is specifically designed for employees at Stanford with two years or less of service, who have already received an invitation to participate. If you have a team member that is newer to Stanford, we encourage you to share this opportunity with them and provide them with the time and space to participate. The virtual course has two cohort options and includes four, 2-hour sessions that run from mid-August through mid-September.
