Ready to Share an Opportunity?

There are two options for sharing an opportunity with colleagues through the platform.

Become an Organization Manager

If your department has ongoing volunteer and community engagement opportunities for which employees can sign up, you may complete the request form to become an organization manager. Once you’re approved, you’ll receive follow-up messages with the onboarding resources you need to get started. Whether you're looking to expand your reach or actively looking for volunteer management solutions, becoming an organization manager offers many benefits, including the ability to post opportunities on the platform at any time, create volunteer shifts, communicate with volunteers, and access reports. This may also be a good fit if you’re working with an external organization and wish to post opportunities on their behalf. For example, maybe you serve on the board for a non-profit and would like to share their ongoing volunteer and community engagement opportunities with the Stanford community. You can also use the platform if you manage events happening across campus that need volunteer support. Becoming an organization manager enables you to freely share and manage opportunities directly through the platform.

Submit a one-off opportunity to be posted

If are not interested in or don’t meet the criteria to become an organization manager but would still like to share an opportunity in the platform, complete the opportunity submission form. This can be used for one-off opportunities that do not require ongoing management. If the submission is approved, we will populate the opportunity on the platform on your behalf.
