Axess
Log in to Axess, our employee intranet, with your SUNet ID to find important financial documents, news and announcements; the link to submit your timecard; performance management resources; and more. Be sure to check your contact and privacy information within the Employee Center tab in Axess, and we encourage you to update your personal information as well.
I-9
Verification of ability to work in the United States: You will be required to prove eligibility to work in the United States. Your human resources group will work with you to identify how they will view your documents and complete the required I-9 form for the US government.

Stanford ID card
Your Stanford ID card grants you access to the places you need to be on campus. To get started, upload your photo on the Campus Card Services website. You can also access your virtual badge by downloading the free Stanford mobile app to your smartphone.
