Employee Relations Training for Managers
This all-day session is held in-person, at both the Stanford and Stanford Redwood City campuses. It covers various employee relations topics such as handling employee concerns, including harassment, discrimination, and retaliation, workplace accommodations, effective performance management, university policies and resources, and key employment laws.
Labor Relations Training for Managers
This 2.5 hour session is held in-person on Stanford’s main campus. It covers labor relations topics applicable to managers and supervisors who manage employees represented by SEIU Higher Education Workers Local 2007.
Managing Non-Exempt Employees
This two-hour virtual training covers important requirements that apply to non-exempt employees.
