Employee Relations Training for Managers
This all-day session is held in-person, at both the Stanford and Stanford Redwood City campuses. It covers various employee relations topics such as handling employee concerns, including harassment, discrimination, and retaliation, workplace accommodations, effective performance management, university policies and resources, and key employment laws.
Managing Non-Exempt Employees
This two-hour virtual training covers important requirements that apply to non-exempt employees. Please note that this material is also covered in the Employee Relations Training for Managers (see above).
