New Hire Support Process

The Welcome Center has gone fully virtual! Please refer to our virtual onboarding steps to help guide your new hire.
It’s simple. All it takes is a completed enrollment form from your school or business/administrative unit HR team and the Welcome Center will handle the rest.
To ensure your new hire receives Welcome Center support
As the hiring manager, you cannot initiate the process with the Welcome Center. You must work through your school or unit HR team to do so.
- HR Managers or HR team administrators: Email a completed enrollment form to the Welcome Center at welcome-to-stanford@stanford.edu. Please cc the HR Ops team at hractions@stanford.edu. Enrollment forms and process guidelines for HR teams are available on the HR Toolkit.
- Hiring Managers: Contact your school or business/administrative unit HR team to start the process for your new staff hire.
