Inclusive Dialogue
Main content start

Inclusive dialogue with others can help people feel heard and understood, as well as help them feel a sense of belonging. Inclusive dialogue can also help prevent tensions or barriers from arising in a conversation or diffuse them if they do. IBIS, our expert vendor partner facilitating all of our interactive workshops, developed this resource to support each of you in having discussions with colleagues.
