IDEAL Engage

IDEAL Engage

Come together with your colleagues to cultivate meaningful personal and societal change.

The Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access in a Learning Environment (IDEAL) Engage initiative provides resources and community events to support Stanford's long range vision and commitment to an inclusive, equitable community.

 Brave Spaces

Brave Spaces

Brave Spaces is a virtual forum for staff from across campus to openly discuss the realities of inequality and anti-Black racism, and how to confront them. The goal of these conversations is to broaden our understanding, help us become better allies, and discuss ways we can create a more inclusive and equitable culture. These sessions provide each of us with the opportunity to step forward and engage. If you need a disability-related accommodation (i.e., sign language interpreter, captioning, etc.), please contact disability.access@stanford.edu.
